Privacy policy

This is a showcase website: it sets no cookies, uses no audience-measurement tools, and only collects personal data when you choose to use the contact form.

Data collected by the contact form

When you send a message via the Contact page, the following information is recorded: your name, your email address, your organisation (optional), the chosen subject and the content of your message, together with the date of receipt.

Purpose and legal basis

This information is used exclusively to answer your request. It is neither shared, nor sold, nor used for advertising or unsolicited canvassing. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR): you initiate the contact, and the data is necessary to respond to it.

Data controller

Fabien Lacombe, independent trainer, publisher of the website.

Where the data is hosted

Messages are recorded on a dedicated private server located in Germany, and therefore within the European Union and under the GDPR.

They are not entrusted to any third-party platform: the software that receives and keeps them is installed on that server, administered on behalf of Pacivis Academy. No external online service is involved in the chain — neither to receive the form, nor to store its contents, nor to reply to you.

Security

Exchanges between your browser and the site are encrypted end to end (HTTPS), including the submission of the form.

Access to messages is restricted by name to Fabien Lacombe and the site's technical administrator. The server is operated under written procedures covering configuration, security updates, access management and backups.

Retention period

Messages are kept for three years from the date they are received, a period covering the handling of the request and any commercial relationship that may follow. Beyond that, they are deleted automatically: a daily task erases messages past that term, with no human intervention.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of your personal data. To exercise them, contact Fabien Lacombe via the contact form or his LinkedIn profile.

Your request is handled within one month at most. The email address you used is enough to retrieve all your messages, to send you a copy of them or to erase them permanently.
If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority): www.cnil.fr.

Cookies and trackers

This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. Fonts and all resources are served directly by the site, without calls to external services.
